- Stroller fan
We ordered a stroller fan on Amazon, and Roman loves it! It has been pretty hot here this summer, and poor Roman gets very hot and sweaty in his car seat. The fan has been a life saver. Roman enjoys talking to it and feeling the air blow on his face.

- Mesh feeder for “popsicles”
Even though he’s not technically teething, Roman has been fussing and chewing on everything. He enjoys his cold teething toys, but loves when I give him “popsicles” made from frozen breast milk. I put it in a mesh feeder that he can hold himself. He can eat one in a matter of minutes!
I’ll also use this mesh feeder to put fruits in when he’s ready to eat solid food.

- Our baby monitor
Roman has been napping in his crib during the day, and nothing gives me more peace of mind than the baby monitor! It has a very clear camera, even at night. You can easily move positions and change the volume. It’s loud enough so I can hear him even when I’m trying to take a nap with ear plugs in!

- Finding Nemo activity mat
Roman enjoyed his first activity mat, but I think it was too overwhelming. The music was really loud and the colors were very bright. And then the cats peed on it so many times I couldn’t get the smell out eventually. So I ventured back to the baby store to pick out a new one!
Finding Nemo is my favorite animated movie, so of course I automatically gravitated toward this one. The music is much quieter and less stimulating. It also has gently flashing lights. He loves grabbing the toys, especially the little mirror. He loves both being on his back and on his belly. He’s actually learned to scoot all around it too, and he even learned to roll over on it!

- Green Toys Twist Teether Toy
I got this as a baby shower gift, but it is by far Roman’s favorite toy. I didn’t even realize it was made for teething until I looked it up online to find out what it was called! Roman has been gnawing on it, throwing it around, and playing with all the little pieces. He loves taking this toy on walks, playing with it in his high chair while we eat dinner, and shaking it around while he’s laying on the ground. Even better, it’s made from 100% recycled materials!
